Located just 15 minutes from the town of Las Terrenas, a mere 3 minutes drive from the beach, 5 minutes from local/regional airport (Portillo, just a 35 minute flight to the capital), 40 minutes from international airport (El Catey/Samana International), 2 1/2 hours drive to the capital. The new highway from the capital and international airport is being extended along the coastline with new gravel roads in place.
CAR HIRE
Car hire can be arranged in advance for you, prices are dependant on the length of hire that you require. Should you require this option, an advance deposite will be requested.

DEPOSITS
A deposit of $500 US is required for all rental periods.
Full payment is required 2 weeks in advance for 2 week or a 1 month rental.

PLEASE NOTE
Any rental period, must without exception, terminate by
30th October 2010
RENTAL CHARGES
2 weeks = $1500 US - including staff
1 month = $2250 US - including staff
Longer rentals available on request.

Staff duties include, bedlinen and towel change twice weekly, daily
cleaning of the house and terraces, maintenance of gardens, pool etc.
Overnight security. A chef who cooks Dominican food is available as well as the washing of visitors effects.
Please note, that no discount iwill be offered, should you not require the above services.
It is important to note that under Dominican law all staff are entitled to 36 hours of continuous free-time, which can be negotiated between the staff and visitors.
