Prices displayed below are based on two persons per room inclusive of a full English breakfast.

Deduct £5.00p pp pn during any period for accommodation on a room only basis.

 

No minimum stay January February, March, October, November and December (see exceptions below)

Two night minimum  April, May and June and September, Xmas and New Year

Three night minimum during the Easter and Spring Bank holidays and from 23rd July to 30th August.

 

LOW SEASON January, February, November, December Deduct £7.50 pp pn from rates displayed below.

MID SEASON March, April, October Deduct £5.00 pp pn from rates displayed below.

HIGH SEASON May, June, July (up to 22nd), September Deduct £2.50 pp pn from rates displayed below.

PEAK SEASON July, August No discount available

Xmas and New Year Add £5.00 pp pn to rates displayed.

Single occupancy of a double room from £35.00p Low Season to £90.00p Peak Season.

Rates for single occupancy are dependant on room choice, duration of stay & season

 

Child Discounts apply throughout the year

Children under 12 years of age are welcome, however, we respectfully request

that if necessary they are supervised, in order to avoid disturbing other guests

No charge for children under 2 years of age when sharing a room with 2 adults

Children 2 to 5 yrs are charged at 1/4 of the adult rate when sharing a room with 2 adults

Children 6 to 11 yrs are charged at 1/3 of the adult rate when sharing a room with 2 adults

Children 12 to 14 yrs are charged at 1/2 of the adult rate when sharing a room with 2 adults

Where a child under 15 years of age shares a room with an one adult, no child discount is available.

 

During Low and Mid Seasons, there are quite often Special Breaks available

At peak times, July & August we can sometimes accept less than the minimum stay

Methods Of Payment

Cash on arrival option Should you wish to pay by this option then you must call us direct.

Your card details will still be required in order to confirm your accommodation.

A pre-authorisation check will then be carried out on your card account but we will not debit your account.

Deposit. We can accept payment by cheque for the first nights accommodation as a non refundable deposit.

Any balance outstanding to be paid in cash on arrival. We cannot accept cheques for outstanding balances.

Booking online is a little more expensive than calling us direct due to commissions we incur.

All major credit cards accepted when you book online from our homepage.

Cancellation conditions apply to all methods of payment.

 

Bye special arrangement we also accept the following:-

Euros or US Dollars at the current buy back rate on the day of arrival.
