Child Discounts Children under 12 years of age are welcome, However we respectfully request that if necessary they are supervised, in order to avoid disturbing other guests. There is no charge for children under 2 years of age when sharing a room with 2 adults. Children 2 to 5 yrs are charged at 1/3 of the adult rate when sharing a room with 2 adults. Children 6 to 11 yrs are charged at 1/2 of the adult rate when sharing a room with 2 adults. Children 12 years and older charged at the adult rate. (Proof of age may be requested). Where a child under 12 years of age shares a room with an adult. There is no discount for the child. Advance bookings accepted on receipt of either full payment or a 25% non returnable deposit. With the balance is due one calendar month prior to your date of arrival. To secure accommodation less than one calendar month ahead of arrival date, full credit card details are required. Visa, Mastercard £2.50 or 4% whichever is the greater Company credit cards and American Express £3.00p or 5% whichever is the greater Maestro, Solo, Delta and Electron £2.50p per transaction. Bye special arrangement we also accept the following:- Euros at the current buy back rate or Sterling. IMPORTANT Please ask yourself the following question:- Would you take a holiday abroad without insuring yourself beforehand? A holiday in England is no different whatsoever and insurance cover is considerably cheaper for holidays at home.
